July 06 What a journeyThree days, over 800 miles, by car!!!
I'm not doing that journey again, too much I tell you. Friday night was massive, campus bar crawl and pub golf. Check out the photos for drunk cam photos. Saturday night was a bit of a right off. The football ruined spirits, and then I just felt ill and knackered. Sorry Ed, we will have to have a proper Leeds night out next time.
On a side note the first draft of my book is finished!! Hooray. Now comes the pain staking but ultimately rewarding task of editing it. June 27 Bad news/Good newsBad news: The book will not get finished (1st draft) before I go to Lancaster on Friday. Reasons for this are numerous, but centre on my Thursday being booked up in the space of 20 minutes. I have to go up to Essex and then head to Finsbury, and back again, then a meal with some friends. I know this will disappoint Matt and Rob especially but that is the way the cookie has crumbled.
Good news: Well, the book is nearly finished, and this weekend is going to be absolutely massive. Lancs on Friday, leeds and footie on saturday. Add a curry with the boys tomorrow, and a free house for the world cup and things look good. They look very good!
Hey everybody! Come and see how good my weekend will be! June 08 Update on the bookSo, let me give you a few more details. At the moment I've written in excess of 45,000 words. The working title is 'So Close to Midnight', but I imagine that will change. I'm getting towards the back end now, so it shouldn't belong before its done and I'm tidying it up ready to stick it in the public domain.
In other news, the world cup is no more than a day away and that is terrific. I've added a few pictures of various nights out and what not. No doubt tonight's going to be a big one what with the bellboy's birthday, so there might be some more pictures added later.
I've got a relatively busy week coming up but hopefully I can get the book finished. April 28 Hottie 28/04This time its the lovely Lindsay Lohan. She was born in New York, appeared in loads of TV adverts before breaking into movies. She has been in lots of teen comedies. To be honest they aren't going to win oscars, but who cares, she's hot!! My BookMy book has progressed nicely, around 25,000 words, working title is 'So Close to Midnight'. Its a psycological thriller, aimed at the early 18-25 market really. I've come to a bit of a bind, something that I had left out of my plan needs to be written so I am having to go back to the drawing to make this new part fit in with the rest of the story. Hopefully this won't take too long.
I also hope to have some photo's of my trips to Boston and San Fransisco, and maybe some nights out. Hopefully the boys on tour site can be given a kick up the jacksie and we can get that going.
Don't forget to check out the links :)
Sleep tight! April 01 Hottie of the week 01/03Well, its turning out to be more of a fortnightly thing but here we go again. This weeks hottie is Roxanne McKee, aka Louise Summers in Hollyoaks. Trivia: She was cast in Hollyoaks after impressing judges on Hollyoaks: On the Pull where members of the public attended open auditions for the show.
A great looking brunette, she is another in the increasingly long list of babes on hollyoaks, past and present. Check the website link, there are tons and tons of pictures there. Apart from that there's not a lot of info on her, but to be honest who cares? What would say Tony the Tiger? "She's grrrrrrrrrrreat!!". Too true. March 16 Hottie of the week 13/03This weeks hottie is Keri Lynn Pratt. An actress, she hasnt been in many films that have made it over the Atlantic, and it doesnt seem she has quite broken America yet as there is a lack of online content. But she is very attractive, I saw her in an episode of House and her looks belie the fact she is 28, she is very young looking, and of course cute. San FranciscoWell I'm back from the States. It was interesting to see Alcatraz, the Golden Gate Bridge etc. For anyone with the game GTA-San Andreas, San Francisco looks 90% like San Fierro. It is unbelieveably hilly, with some extreme slopes. It also rained a lot, and the hotel we stayed in wasnt up to much. It was a long 11 hour flight, and I suffered badly with jet lag. I have just about got my biological clock set even though I have been back over a week.
I recommend it to anyone, theres enough sights, sounds, restaurants and the like to enjoy. Alcatraz is a must, Haight and Aylesbury is very good for a bit of alternative shopping, its a bit of a hippy area with loads of cool shops. I would say 4 days is probably enough, but the flight is so long you would have to do a tour of the west coast to make up for it. February 27 Hottie of the week 27/2This week is a absolute Q-T from France. Light brown eyes, brown hair and a lovely tan. Shame you can only see the top half of her but you know the rest of her is gorgeous. A sultry voice, though I havent heard her speak english, she's sure to seduce any man. Here we go againWell, I have decided to start again. So lets start at the beginning....
I am a recent graduate from Lancaster University, currently unemployed, 22 years young. I love football, in particular my beloved Tottenham Hotspur, and Hattrick. I also enjoy many other sports like cricket, rugby, golf and motor racing. I was part of a very successful youth team, but started to enjoy beer too much so that went down the pan. Recently I have let my creative side come out, and I am currently writing a book.
